I'm a private company and my law firm maintains my information. What do I do?
We have a solution that's right for you! We offer different subscription levels to enable you to:
- Access your company's equity information to get real-time reporting, modeling tools, and use of our ASC Topic 718 (FAS 123R) expensing module for your accounting needs
- Share access with your law firm - you maintain your stock options, they handle the rest
- Assume full 'Read/Write' control over your company's data
Please contact us for more information on what level is appropriate for your needs.
I'm a law firm user. What does CapMx cost for me? Is there a limit to the number of companies I can put on the platform?
As with our corporate clients, use of CapMx boils down to an annual subscription, which includes all standard maintenance, support, and training. CapMx is designed as a centralized database for your firm to store and maintain the cap table information for all of your private company clients. Law firms pay an annual subscription fee based upon the number of users, and there is no limit to the number of companies you can add to CapMx!
Is there an additional cost for training and support?
We offer weekly web-based trainings covering all aspects of CapMx, which are included in the cost of subscription. In addition, you'll be assigned an account representative to provide supplemental support should training and our robust Online Help module not provide the answers you need.
Is there a way for me to use CapMx to relieve the burden of papered grants?
Yes, CapMx's 'Participant View' module allows you to go paperless! Electronically notify your optionees of new grants, permit them to accept online, and provide them with easy access to their grants, plans, and current vesting information. You'll realize savings in option grant preparation, handling and distribution!
