Michael Hayes

Michael Hayes manages eProsper's team of account representatives. His additional responsibilities include developing and streamlining implementation procedures and facilitating internal trainings. He brings over 10 years of equity administration experience working with both public and privately held corporations.
Prior to joining eProsper, Hayes spent 6+ years with the Stock Plan Services division of Smith Barney, where he held senior management positions in Operations, Project Management, and Relationship Management. He was instrumental in the merging of the Stock Plan Services division of Smith Barney with AST Stock Plan. He has also acted as an Equity Administration consultant involving several public and privately held corporations.
Hayes attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, and currently resides in North Carolina with his wife, Dara and daughter, Claire Olivia.
